PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

The machine adopts PLC programmable digital control and ergonomic intelligent operation interface, supplemented by high-precision rotary encoder for slicing. It can also be equipped with our independent invented servo slicing system (it won the patent certificate issued by the state Intellectual Property Office in 2019) High slicing accuracy reduces transmission system error and maintenance cost. The beam on both sides are equipped with high-precision screw nut transmission. The up/down structure adopts hydraulic system combined with high-precision chrome plated guide column. The wear-resistant guide sleeve has small matching clearance, durable and beautiful. The guide column is oil immersed: double-layer oil seal and dust ring are adopted. The speed of the main motor can be equipped with a large frequency converter (Optional)according to the diameter of the hanging saw blade, and the key electric control parts and hydraulic system adopt good quality brands. This machine can be fixed with max 21 pieces, and the block can be directly placed on the ground for cutting, saving the trolley and its maintenance cost. The machine has the advantages of high cutting efficiency, good flatness, uniform thickness, good stability and simple operation. It is especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble.
